After the approval of the governor, the Haryana Government issued a notification: 75% reservation in private jobs is applicable, information about jobs will have to be given in 3 months

In Haryana State, private companies, firm societies, trusts etc. will have to reserve the  75% job of the persons who are earning less than 50 thousand rupees.  For this, the Governor has approved the proposal passed in the budget session. After this the government has issued a notification.

That is, now it has become law. It will be called the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act 2020. This law will apply to firms with more than 10 employees. Now private companies will have to give complete information about posts with less than 50 thousand salary on the special portal of the government in three months.

This law will be effective for 10 years. If any difficulty arises then the government can amend it in 2 years. 40 lakh people work in private companies in the state. At present, there will be no effect of the law on the people working in private sector. This will be applicable to new jobs and vacant posts.
