The Bombay High Court on Thursday said that the
central government’s stance on the door-to-door vaccination policy is disappointing
and insensitive. BMC is also on its way. Both are not focused on the elderly
and helpless, who cannot go to the vaccination center to get vaccinated.
A bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta and Justice GS
Kulkarni asked the head of the expert team set up to determine the procedure
for vaccination of Corona, to suggest to the Central Government in case of
door-to-door vaccination. This will enable the central government to take a
decision on it. This work should be done before the hearing of the case on June
2.
