Modern Law & Justice: Submit by March 20
The
ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (hereinafter referred to as the
University) was established under the ICFAI University Act 2003 (Act No.16 of
2003) passed by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly and assented to by The governor on July 08, 2003.
The
Bar Council of India has accorded its approval for imparting three years and
five year Law Courses at ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand and award
degrees in law.

You
are cordially invited to send articles, case commentaries, book reviews for “ICFAI JOURNAL OF MODERN LAW & JUSTICE”
(E-Journal of ICFAI LAW SCHOOL, Dehradun).
ICFAI
JOURNAL OF MODERN LAW & JUSTICE is an annually online academic E-Journal
which aims to provide the most complete and reliable source of information on
current developments in the Legal field. The emphasis will be on publishing
original and quality articles.
Your the article should include issue surrounding a specific facet of the law and
articulate how that issue impacts business, society, individuals, governance,
and the like. All the articles are to be
submitted at lawjournal@iudehradun.edu.in.

Abstract: The abstract should summarize the content of the paper. Try
to keep the abstract below 500 words. Do
not have references in the abstract. It is imperative that the margins and
style described below be adhered to carefully.
This will enable us to maintain uniformity in the final printed copies
of the Journal. Papers not made according these guidelines will not be
published although its content has been accepted for publication. Paper form is
a necessary condition for its publication, as well as its content.

Introduction:
The text must be in English. Authors whose English
language is not their own are certainly requested to have their manuscripts
checked (or co-authored) by an English native speaker, for linguistic correctness
before submission and in its final version, if changes had been made to the
initial version. The submitted typeset scripts of each contribution must be in
their final form and of good appearance because they will be printed directly.
This document is set in 12-point Times New Roman. If absolutely necessary, we suggest the use
of condensed line spacing rather than smaller point sizes. References should be
like this [1, 2, 3].

Materials
and methods
Major headings are to be column centered in a bold
font without underline. They need be numbered. "2. Headings and
Footnotes" at the top of this paragraph is a major heading.
3.
Subheadings
Subheadings should be as the above heading “2.1
Subheadings”. They should start at the left-hand margin on a separate line.
4.
Footnotes
Footnotes should be typed in singled-line spacing
at the bottom of the page and column where it is cited. Citation Style-
Bluebook 20th Edition.
5.
Tables and Figures
To insert
“Tables” or “Figures”, please paste the data as stated below. All tables and figures must be given sequential numbers
(1, 2, 3, etc.) and have a caption placed below the figure
(“FigCaption”) or above
the table (“Fig.Talbe.1, 2 ”)

This section should be placed separately. It must
represent sufficient experimental data to enable the experiments to be

the contribution of funding bodies and anyone who has assisted in the work.

this section, references should be sequenced in the order these appear in the
