lawful instructions of his principal.

servant.
3. An agent gets commission on the
basis of his work.

An agent may work for several
principals at the same time.

control and supervision of his master and is bound to conform to all
reasonable orders given to him in the course of his work.
2 A servant is generally, for some
purposes, his master’s implied agent.

A servant gets fixed salary or
wages.
4.
A servant usually serves only to
one master.
